Under current tax laws, most people choose standard deduction over itemized deduction and therefore do not need donation receipts. For those who itemize, a receipt is needed only if total donation to a charitable organization in the year is more than $250. In view of this, we send donation receipts to only those donors who donated more than $250 in the previous year, by email if their full names and email address are in the temple address file (used for sending mass emails through I-Contact). If you do not get the receipt by January 31 and need one, please send your request to: treasurer@htccr.org.
